Movie review- vaaranam aayiram

with dollops of expectation i was waiting in my seat to watch the most expected movie vaaranamaayiram. When I finished watching it i felt i had a perfect movie experience.my friend who accompanied me was carrying heavy heart even out of the theatre feeling badly for the death of krishnan and i think that is the successs of the director. The way the screen play proceeds will give you an experience of reading one's personal diary page by page.Every scene gives you a feel of going through an interesting page from some one's diary. The film has got everything to entertain masses but of very serious genre. In the movie the kind of emotional attachment which the hero has towards his father is more often expressed in words and i cannot feel it much from the action."daddy, u have been my inspiration" I should say this is the most repeated dialogue in the film. The director has tried harder to make it stuck in the hearts of the people who watch the film but very often through dialogues. The part of the film in which sameera reddy comes is the pleasant part of it in every terms. Those scenes are colourful with admirable background score.somewhere i felt the movie should have gone over a 15-20 minutes before it actually does. The army interlude that comes at the latter part of the movie is in fact inspiring(as i watched it after mumbai terror attacks) and i don't know what was going inside me when i watched Surya in NSG jacket. The cinematography and background score in that part is really excellent. But significance of those scenes in relevant to the film is in question and i felt its little more dragged than what is actually needed to make the film crisp and admirable.I don't think the director has done justice to the beautiful melody 'anal mele pani thuli...'.the song was actually mesmerising,so poetic and romantic but i can see nothing of it in the way it is pictured. When i watched it on screen I just fell back to my seat saying 'huf...disappointing'.The picturisation of 'oh shanthi..' song is absolutely beautiful and its a treat to watch it with the soothing voice of spb.charan.one character that still stays in my heart out of this film which is full of surya, surya and surya is Meghna.Am still confused as i could not yet decide whether its meghna or Sameera reddy.on the whole the film seems pretty nice. Am so inspired by two quotes which this film gives.

1)what ever happens, life has to move on.......

2)ஒருத்தன் தெருவில இறங்கினா என்ன வேணாலும் கெடைக்கும் !!

both are simply superb and have so much relevance to our day to day life.

And finally i have one question for which am searching answer desperately.how in our cinemas our heroes get job and make money so easily???? While we struggle like anything for that.(Remember surya is a college drop out and yet becomes a successful business man)
